Stage 1 website scope
All product information on this concept website is provisional and is for review, discussion and confirmation of the client's operational rules. The website does not yet accept payments, grant credit, allocate property, sell land or establish a legally binding sponsorship contract.
No automatic approval
Membership, contribution completion and product interest do not by themselves create an entitlement to a loan, sponsorship payment, land allocation, cash-back payment or other benefit.
Disclosed terms
Before production launch the cooperative must approve refund and withdrawal conditions, fees, penalties, contributions, overdue procedures, credit assessment, guarantor arrangements, property documents and participant risk disclosures for each product.
Required compliance review
Regulatory status, consumer protection, marketing claims and personal data processing must be independently reviewed by suitably qualified local advisers before financial products are offered to the public.
